South Carolina’s small businesses are a vital part of our state’s economy and their success is critical to South Carolina’s growth and prosperity. Small businesses create jobs, put money back into communities, and introduce entrepreneurial ideas into the marketplace. The state should lend it’s support to its small businesses to keep our economy growing and reduce joblessness.
Every day, I encounter a level of incivility regarding our government and public policy that I have never before observed in this country, and which I find to be quite disturbing. From comments I’ve read, many of you feel the same way.
Are you aware that South Carolina is #1 in the country for car fatalities? Does that affect where you will drive to for vacation this summer? Does it affect the routes you use to drive to work or to school? Were you even aware that this is a true statistic?
